Our cricket flour is made from 100% dried ground crickets (Acheta domesticus). The crickets are produced in Thailand under carefully monitored hygienic conditions which are approved to international health standards by the Thai Food and Drug Administration Eco Insect Farms works with local farmers to ensure ethical practices are used throughout, as well as helping to develop a sustainable economy in the region. The crickets are fed exclusively on a diet of fresh grain and vegetables and no chemical pesticides or antibiotics are used in the production process.
